Tight-loose-tight (TLT) is a leadership approach that foster clarity, autonomy and accountability in the organization, while also facilitating organizational agility. It is based on the simple philosophy that you can structure any leadership challenge into three key steps;

A balanced TLT approach promotes high performing teams, high engagement, innovation and learning, while also securing result orientation and accountability.

Our Leadership Tracker is a digital assessment tool helping leaders to understand their own TLT leadership profile, disaggregating Tight-Loose-Tight leadership into something very concrete and actionable. Based on a self-assessment, combined with feedback from references, the leaders get unique insights into their leadership effectiveness, unique strengths and areas to further develop.
